Booking conditions

Prices are per person and day in half board.
Double room as single occupancy: + 40% - +60%
Attic room for two people – price on request.
Supplement for short-term stay: +10%
Garage: +7 €
Reductions for children sleeping in the same room with two full-paying persons: 2 – 6 years: -50%, 6 – 12 years: -30%, 12 years and more: -10%

Booking confirmation: Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of your written reservation (booking), followed by a deposit of 200 € per person. The deposit can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer. In case of late arrival, cancellation or early departure the deposit will be withheld as compensation.

Travel cancellation insurance: Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered. We remind you that the deposit is the guarantee of your booking and cannot be refund.

Therefore we recommend you:

Arrival and departure: Check-in time from 14pm ~ Check-out time before 11am. In case of early arrival, we will be happy to welcome you on our terrace or restaurant. Please notify if you will arrive after 7pm.

Payment methods: cash, Visa and MasterCard

Bikers and Motor bikers: the garage will be free of charge for your bikes and motorbikes. We will be happy to offer you a drying-room for your wet cloths if required.

Please notice that it is not allowed to smoke inside the chalet.

Pets: Small dogs (not over 5 kg) will be accepted only if advised. Daily charge will be €8 (excluding food). Dogs are not allowed in public areas. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
