Booking Conditions

• Double room for single use (low season only): +60%
• Short stay supplement: on request
• Garage: +€15/day
• Child discounts (sharing room with 2 parents):
  • 0–2 years (not yet 2): €54/day
  • 2–5 years: –50%
  • 6–11 years: –30%
  • From 12 years: –20%

We remind you that a local tourist tax of €3.40 per person per day will be charged.

Payment: Cash up to €4,999, Bancomat, Visa and MasterCard.

Booking confirmation: Reservations are considered confirmed once received in writing and followed by a deposit payment. Deposit can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy - In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:

• More than 3 months before arrival – deposit only
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% of total booking
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% of total booking
• Within the last week before arrival – 100% of total booking

For delayed arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

To avoid these costs, we recommend taking out our Travel Cancellation Insurance.

General Information

Arrival and departure: Check-in from 2:00 pm · Check-out by 11:00 am. If you arrive early, feel free to relax on our terrace or in the restaurant. Please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm.

Cyclists & motorcyclists: Our garage is at your disposal. In case of rain, we offer a warm and dry storage room for your gear.

Dogs: Small dogs are welcome upon prior request and our confirmation. For guests travelling with a medium-sized dog, we can offer a lovely Superior room with a spacious terrace and direct access to the alpine meadows — with the condition that the dog enters the room exclusively via the terrace, without passing through the hotel interior. Daily rate: €22 (food not included).

Our chalet is a non-smoking property.
